Swim&Gym provides workout programs, exercise content, progress tracking, training history, subscriptions, and related digital fitness features. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful purposes.
Swim&Gym may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

Swim&Gym provides fitness and wellness information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.
You participate in workouts and use the app at your own risk. Stop exercise immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or any other concerning symptoms.

The app, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, workout plans, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Valentin Taranchuk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
To the extent you submit content, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that material as necessary to operate, improve, and support the app, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation becomes impractical, unlawful, or harmful. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellations are managed through Apple account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valentin Taranchuk and Swim&Gym will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes non-waivable consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or state of residence. If you are entitled to mandatory protections under local law, those protections apply in addition to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the relevant jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and competent jurisdiction, unless another dispute resolution process is required by law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after the updated Terms take effect means the new Terms will apply to future use of the service.
